Security For Shared Project Material

ProjectEnvelope protects how material is shared and gives stamped files a public way to be checked later.

Protected links

Project envelopes can use public or private access, passcodes, expiry dates, availability windows, max views, and recipient notes.

Revocable sharing

Shared links can be removed from the project without deleting the underlying project item.

Local stamping

Files are fingerprinted in the browser before a Company Mark stamp is created. The user password is not sent as plain signing material.

Recovery backup

Company Mark recovery is handled through an encrypted backup, so the company identity can be restored without ProjectEnvelope knowing the password.

Public verification

Public verification checks for a matching active stamp and shows the company mark behind it. It does not alter the original file.

Audit-ready

The model is shaped for link events, stamp records, proof status, revocation, and later reporting.
